•  Greece: free of charge (2-7 business days)

•  Europe: 20 € (5-7 business days)

•  USA & Canada: 40€ (8-10 business days)

Orders over 500€ receive free shipping.

Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to custom taxes and duties payable upon receipt of delivery of goods.

Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty costs.

I appreciate your understanding and patience in the case of delay in delivery.

Elena Vandelli cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused during delivery. To minimise the possibility of loss or damage, we use registered shipping to keep track of delivery status.

If your parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, you may need to pay to have the parcel reshipped to you, the cost to be quoted upon the item.

​

Elena Vandelli shop provides detailed description and colored photos to allow the best possible view of the product (general views of the product, detailed views of stitching and fabric, interior views) and provides also approximate measurements in centimetres and inches.

​

Genuine leather and suede are natural materials; they may have small variations in color on each piece according to the originality and nature of the material.

​

Color may also vary slightly from screen to screen according to settings.

All orders are fully wrapped and packed for delivery.

Returns 

All goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with any product returns. All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging and all tags attached. We are unable to offer an exchange, or refund on items that are scratched, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
